Third Option Foundation was established in 2013 to support the officers and families of the CIA Special Activities Center (SAC). Since its founding during WWII as part of the Office of Strategic Services, SAC has shouldered an unprecedented burden in the advancement of our nation’s security. The enormity of this responsibility has never been more evident than today given the wide-ranging and complex threats facing our country and the world.

Third Option Foundation provides critical support to the SAC community through four program pillars:
Survivorship Support for Families of the Fallen
Medical Services for Active-Duty Officers
Resiliency Support and Behavioral/Mental Health Services for Officers and Their Families
Transition Support for Separating Officers
